This EFSA approval represents another important step for KÄÄPÄ Biotech in delivering high-quality functional mushroom ingredients and extracts to customers across the European nutraceutical and supplement industries. It follows the company’s FSSC 22000 approval achieved in early 2023. The FSSC 22000 scheme provides a certification model used throughout the food manufacturing industry and related supply chain to support recognised food safety standards and processes.
